Product overview Noblelight UV medium-pressure lamps produce a broad line-spectrum across the ultraviolet and visible ranges (200 nm to 600 nm), delivering a high power density of approximately 100 W/cm². They are suitable for UVC disinfection, oxidation, curing and various photochemical processes. Different additives can be used to customise spectral output and lamp characteristics.
Types of UVC medium-pressure lamps - Standard UV medium-pressure lamps: high UVC radiation output for effective disinfection.
- High-performance UV medium-pressure lamps: reduced size with increased UVC output for enhanced disinfection and oxidation effects.
Features - Compact design enables installation in high-throughput industrial applications.
- Lower initial investment due to higher power density.
- Fewer lamps required for equivalent irradiance.
- Improved stability from rounded seal at the lamp base.
- Optimised spectra for photochemical applications using additional metal halides.
Applications - Water and liquid disinfection.
- Photochemistry and laboratory photoprocesses.
- Decomposition of pollutants, activated wet oxidation (AOP).
- Drying and curing of coatings and inks.
