Overview
The Phoseon FireLine™ FL400-i Industrial UV LED area curing system is engineered for demanding industrial coating and adhesive curing applications. Its ruggedized enclosure with IP66 ingress protection enables reliable operation in harsh production environments. The system delivers high peak irradiance and exceptional optical uniformity for consistent curing across the emitting window.

Design and Environmental Protection
Multiple connection options include straight or barbed water fittings and CDA (clean, dry air) ports to reduce condensation risk in high-temperature processes. Enhanced window sealing and an optional secondary glass accessory protect against heat, liquids and contamination. Optional Modbus TCP enables high-speed data exchange and remote access for process integration and monitoring.
