OverviewXenon flashlamps emit a broad spectrum from ultraviolet to infrared similar to sunlight and are used for solar simulation in applications such as solar cell and module testing, accelerated weathering and material testing. Excelitas flashlamps are engineered to meet spectral and optical requirements for solar simulation and are available in linear and ring geometries. Linear units are noted for stable, uniform output and can be operated in pulsed or continuous-wave (CW) modes.
