Overview
The OmniCure AC9225-F Series are UV LED fiber curing systems engineered to deliver high irradiance to fiber components while simplifying integration and maintenance. Featuring an optical design optimized for fiber delivery and a replaceable outer window, the AC9225-F offers air-cooled operation and scalable output for demanding production lines. With up to 80 W/cm2 irradiance on the fiber in a standard face-to-face configuration, the system supports increased process speeds without complex integration changes.

Compared with traditional arc lamp systems, OmniCure AC9225-F UV LED fiber curing systems reduce electrical power consumption by up to 60%, lowering operating costs. LEDs provide over 40,000 hours (L70) of life expectancy and require no routine replacement parts, further reducing maintenance. Two AC9225F-395 model variants are available to match system control and communication requirements.
