Overview
The OmniCure® S1500 Pro is a UV spot curing system designed for automated manufacturing. It provides industry-leading control, reliability, and high-intensity irradiance tailored for high-throughput UV adhesive curing and automated bonding processes used in micro-electronic and opto-electronic manufacturing.

Intelli-Tap NFC Communication
NFC-enabled keycards support process control with distinct Admin and Supervisor roles to manage functionality and process requirements.

Field Replaceable Lamp and Optical Filter
The system can be quickly reconfigured with different optical band pass filters or lamp types. The system automatically detects installed components and adjusts operating parameters accordingly. Multiple filter choices and two lamp types are supported.

Backward / Seamless Compatibility
Designed to be drop-in compatible with the original S1500: retains the 200-Watt UV lamp, delivering outputs up to 30 W/cm2 with similar spectral output and optical power, enabling seamless upgrades without affecting existing processes.

Documentation & Software Support
Brochure and Quick Start Guide are available for the product, and firmware update packages are provided for system maintenance and updates.
